When sending your watch to Premier Watch Repairs (PWR), we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery via your local Post Office. This service offers economical insurance options, providing:
- £750 insurance cover as standard for parcels under 750g.
- Additional insurance up to £2,500, which can be added for a small premium at your local Post Office.
Safety and Security
The safety and security of your watch are of utmost importance to the team at PWR. Our workshop is fully secured, including safes, and we are fully insured to protect your valuable items.

To ensure your watch is securely packaged for transit, please follow these guidelines:

- Ensure Sturdy Outer Packaging: Make sure the outer packaging is strong enough to protect the contents.
- Separate Fragile Items: Fragile items should not touch each other within the package.
