Returning Your Watch

To initiate a return, please complete the Return Form and send your watch to the address specified on the form. Guarantee claims cannot be processed without both the Return Form and proof of purchase.Premier Watch Repairs reserves the right to deny any guarantee claim that does not meet these requirements.

Please note that return postal costs for non-warranty issues are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which provides tracking information, delivery confirmation, and insurance. Premier Watch Repairs cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit.

After You’ve Sent Your Watch

Once we receive your watch at our workshop, it will undergo a detailed examination to determine the fault and assess if it is covered under this guarantee. If the damage is due to excluded causes, we will provide an estimate for the work required or return your watch unrepaired. Please allow up to 20 working days from the date of delivery for the inspection and completion of your return repair.

I have returned my watch. What happens next?

Once your watch is delivered to our workshop, PWR will inspect it. Following this, you will receive an email notification confirming that your return has been processed. Once completed, your repaired or unrepaired watch will be returned to you. Please note, we reserve the right to refund the original invoice price instead of performing repairs. The entire process typically takes approximately 20 business days (excluding transit time, weekends, holidays, or weather-related delays).

I sent my watch in a while ago. What’s the status?

Before contacting Premier Watch Repairs, we recommend tracking your package using the postal service tracking number. After receipt of your watch at our workshop, the inspection and repair process will take approximately 20 business days.

I bought my watch from an authorized retail jeweller and it’s still under warranty. Can I return it to you for repair?

No, we can only issue warranty repairs for services provided directly by Premier Watch Repairs.

I’ve requested a refund but it hasn’t appeared in my bank statement. What should I do?

Refunds typically post to your credit card or bank account within two to four days after processing. However, in some cases, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement.

Do I need to pay to return my watch?
